Varys by project, most take 4 to 6 weeks.

50 to 60%
Does the client provide the material?
They can if they wish but Renovate Tampa Bay can as well.
Can I live in the house during the renovation?
Yes, but it’s not recommended, perfect time to go on vacation.
What are the hours the contractor will be on site?
Most often they will work from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, special hours can be requested.
What kind of mess is left after the project is completed?
Once the job is completed Renovate Tampa Bay will remove all building material waste, however dust may still be let behind.
We can provide that service for an additional cost at that time.
